Hoollow is an early-stage product company built by and for builders. We are looking for a Community Coordinator who loves connecting with people and sparking genuine conversations. You will be the bridge between our product team and our growing user base, ensuring everyone feels heard and valued. Your work will directly shape our culture and help us build a space where creators can thrive together.
What you'll do
- Actively engage with community members across platforms like Discord, Twitter, and Reddit.
- Welcome new members and guide them through our community guidelines and resources.
- Organize and host virtual events, AMAs, and community challenges to drive engagement.
- Gather user feedback and relay insights directly to the product building team.
- Moderate discussions to maintain a safe, inclusive, and highly active environment.
- Create daily conversation starters and prompts to keep the community active.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience participating in or managing online communities.
- Exceptional written communication skills with a friendly, human tone.
- Familiarity with community platforms like Discord, Slack, and Twitter.
- High empathy and patience for answering questions and resolving conflicts.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- Experience using community analytics tools to track engagement metrics.
- Background in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
- Basic graphic design or meme-making skills for social engagement.
